🔹Minimum 3+ years of professional or entrepreneurial experience

🔸Commitment to mentoring youth and startups

🔹Ability to conduct sessions, review business plans, or provide sectoral guidance

🔸Willingness to contribute voluntarily to SROT’s mentorship ecosystem

Members

🔸Students, early-stage entrepreneurs, or professionals interested in learning and contributing

🔹Willingness to actively participate in SROT activities and programs

Eligibility & Experience for Membership

Membership type	Experience required
Chapter Leaders	3-4 years of leadership roles in student bodies, community groups, NGOs, or professional environments
Directors	3-4 years of involvement in the specific forum domain (e.g., entrepreneurship, health, women’s empowerment, youth leadership)
Mentors & Experts	Minimum 3+ years of professional or entrepreneurial experience in any domain relevant to SROT’s focus areas
General Members	No formal experience required. Must demonstrate interest and commitment to learning and participating in SROT’s programs
Volunteers	Freshers, Skills in event management, social media, content writing, or outreach

Selection Criteria for Partners & Collaborators

Institutional Partners (Colleges, Universities)

Experience in organizing campus activities, incubation initiatives, or skill-building programs.

Corporate / CSR Partners

Track record of CSR activities or corporate social initiatives, especially in youth, entrepreneurship, or wellness.

Investor Networks & Angels

Experience in funding or mentoring early-stage startups and involvement in entrepreneurship ecosystems.

NGOs & Community Organizations

Prior community engagement initiatives in education, health, or entrepreneurship support.
